The non-pressured, positive and fun atmosphere invites children into the learning process. With interactive games, songs, ensemble playing and movement activities that incorporate a variety of musical instruments, parents and children enjoy participation. The lesson is fast-paced, and well-planned: many leave amazed at how much material can be covered and applied.
Our Destination
The “Early” course lasts 3½ years and has 35 lessons given over 10 months of a year. Classes are an hour each week and involve parental participation that ensures success at home! It also allows many parents to learn, and re-learn music in a delightful way! The method book used the first year is “The Music Playground” designed to connect music to a young child's world! After the first year, the curriculum is written around a popular method. Games, movement, orchestrated songs for ensembles, and composition are designed for learning retention. As children frequently solo in class, two programs are given during the course, the last of which is a celebration graduation complete with trophies and diplomas! The children experience a deep satisfaction knowing they have completed the course and have accomplished the goal!

Not-Too-Late Course
The “Not-too-Late” course for the 6-7 year old child is designed for the first or second grader. This accelerated course lasts 2½ years and also has 36 lessons given over 10 months of a year. Parental participation is still required. The activities are age-appropriate, and like the “Early” course, two programs are given the last of which is a celebration graduation complete with trophies and diplomas!, and a ceremony including trophies and diplomas also complete it!
